IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION. PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. 1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling? Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location. Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location. All Packages Delivery is with FedEx. Business days are Monday-Friday 2. When will my tracking number start to update? After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 281-723-1617 3. Can I make changes to my order? To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete. 4. May I return my order? YES,(EXCHANGE ONLY NO REFUNDS) we are pleased to offer a EXCHANGE policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. Hair can not be opened or tampered with if wanting to exchange. We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "901 hair god", because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services. You must contact us first before exchanging your package at 281-723-1617 During Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All labeledrxch Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges if the Labeledrxch hair seal on the bundle has been broken! 6. May I make a exchange? Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Labeledrxch hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
